The Windwerk in Winterthur is the only indoor skydiving facility in German-speaking Switzerland. Our high-performance technology accelerates the airflow up to 280 km/h and enables a precise, controlled flying experience for all age groups. Children from the age of five, families, senior citizens, experienced indoor skydivers, parachutists and groups of all kinds can train in our vertical flight chamber.

Windwerk helps people fly—and you’ll make sure they take off with a smile. Join our team and guide our guests through an experience they’ll never forget.
Your Role with Us
- You are the first point of contact for our guests—by phone, email, and in person.
- You manage bookings and quotes with a clear overview.
- You’ll assist our guests from the moment they arrive until their flight.
- You’ll advise our guests and sell our experiences.
- You’ll be helping out at our snack bar.
- You’ll help out with events—from planning and execution to follow-up.
- You’ll handle administrative tasks and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- You like work schedules that aren’t 9-to-5.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- You are reliable, can handle pressure, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You enjoy interacting with people.
- You have experience in sales or customer service.
- You’re interested in sports and adventures—and maybe soon in flying, too.
- You are available to work evenings and weekends.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
