ABOUT US
The Windwerk in Winterthur is the only indoor skydiving facility in German-speaking Switzerland. Our high-performance technology accelerates the airflow up to 280 km/h and enables a precise, controlled flying experience for all age groups. Children from the age of five, families, senior citizens, experienced indoor skydivers, parachutists and groups of all kinds can train in our vertical flight chamber.

OPEN POSITIONS
Flight Instructor
Are you looking for action instead of everyday life? With us, you’ll get people into the wind – safely, under control and with a big grin on your face. Skydiving or tunnel experience is a plus, but not a must. Start by arrangement in Q1 2026.
Your Workload

Shifts mainly on weekends

At least 3 weekend shifts per month
Your Responsibilities

Welcoming guests, giving briefings, and preparing equipment

Safely flying experience guests in the wind tunnel

Coaching proflyers

Operating the tunnel as well as taking photos and videos

Active up- and cross-selling, supporting the check-in desk

Maintaining equipment and cleaning suits

Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of the wind tunnel
Your Profile

Athletic, resilient, and with strong body awareness
-
Enjoy working with people and creating intense experiences

Preferred: Skydiving or wind tunnel experience, sports-related qualifications, and, if applicable, existing Instructor Ratings (A / A+ / B).

Team-oriented, responsible, and calm under pressure

Reliable, eager to learn, and committed
Requirements
For the position of instructor, every person must complete the basic training Class A rating. In the case of a permanent position, the training costs are covered subject to an appropriate long-term commitment.
