CONDITIONS

A credit balance on the organizer’s account or the individual accounts of the participants is required for bookings.
Discount levels also apply to multiple billing addresses if all sessions are clearly assigned to the same camp and period (the total scope is taken into account across all camps).
Invoices are issued in advance and are binding – no refunds, changes or rebookings after booking.
If participants or coaches are unable to attend, they must organize a replacement (times can be transferred as part of the camp planning).
Punctuality is mandatory, lateness can lead to termination without replacement.
Participants must register in advance via sport@windwerk.ch, create an account and complete the waiver (no check-in during camp hours).
Camps require early planning and reliable agreements with the operator.
Camps outside opening hours are only possible with continuous morning occupancy of several hours.
Minimum booking per participant: several hours per camp.

CONDITIONS

Packages are valid for at least 2 years or in accordance with the regular package terms and conditions.
Times are not transferable – if a coach or organizer buys the lessons, this person must be present at every session.
The appropriate package must be selected in advance in order to receive volume discounts (payment deadline: 14 days).
Administration and booking are carried out directly via the respective customer account.
For bookings of 60 minutes or more per day (several consecutive days):
- Cancellation deadline: at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise 100% charge.
- Pre-registration by e-mail to sport@windwerk.ch required.

STRUCTURED TRAINING

WHAT IS A CAMP?

A camp is a closed training unit with a defined group of participants, a fixed time period and a clearly defined schedule. It is a coherent booking contingent that cannot be spontaneously reduced or changed. It is designed to enable participants to complete several sessions in a short and intensive period of time (targeted and efficient training).

HOW TO ORGANIZE A CAMP

CAMP-SETUP IN 5 STEPS

Contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp with the desired period and scope
We check availability and reserve your slots after consultation – including an overview of the applicable conditions based on the number of hours
At least 2 weeks* before the camp: You submit your final planning and specify the desired invoice type (individual accounts or collective billing)
We make a binding booking and issue the invoices – from this point on the camp is binding
Use the waiver link so that all participants are registered and have signed in time

*This can also be at shorter notice. Depending on the scope, we will work with you to define the deadline for submitting the planning.

Note on applying for your camp

We do not publish posts with specific prices for morning conditions (e.g. “CHF 500/h”) on our channels.

Tip for your communication:
Use phrases such as “Discount on tunnel time available” or “Camp-specific rates for participants”,
to announce attractive conditions without mentioning specific prices.
