Rules for the “SUPERHERO SPECIAL” Contest
1. Organizer
. The organizer of the sweepstakes is Windwerk AG, Ohrbühlstrasse 21, 8409 Winterthur, Switzerland.
2. Eligibility
Children between the ages of 5 and 14 who are residents of Switzerland are eligible to participate. The age on the day of participation is determining. Participation must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child. This person must provide the required contact information. They confirm that they are authorized to enter the contest and to grant the rights of use described below. Employees of Windwerk AG, individuals directly involved in the organization or conduct of the contest, and their family members living in the same household are excluded from participation.
3. Participation
Participation is free and not contingent on a purchase or reservation. To participate, you must complete the Superhero coloring page associated with the promotion, photograph or scan it, and upload it using the form provided on the Windwerk website. The entry form must be completed in full and truthfully, and these terms and conditions must be accepted. Please upload only the coloring page. No people should be recognizable in the photo. Each child may enter once. The deadline for entries is January 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. (Swiss time). Late, incomplete, or technically incorrect submissions cannot be considered.
4. Prize
: We’re giving away 5 SUPERHERO SPECIAL packages, each worth CHF 88.–. Each SUPERHERO SPECIAL package includes 4 flights in the wind tunnel, plus a photo and video of the flight experience for one winning child. The SUPERHERO SPECIAL is for children ages 5 to 14 and takes place every Wednesday afternoon. Redemption requires prior booking and is subject to availability. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services. Transfer to another person is only possible with the prior consent of Windwerk AG. Redemption is also subject to Windwerk AG’s safety, participation, and booking terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
5. Selection of Winners
The five winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the entry period has ended. The design of the coloring page has no bearing on the odds of winning. Winners will be notified via the email address of the parent or legal guardian provided on the entry form. If no response is received within 7 days of the notification, Windwerk may redraw the prize. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the drawing. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Uploaded Coloring Pages and Rights of Use
The parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorized to submit the image and grant the rights of use described herein, and that doing so does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. By participating, the parent or legal guardian grants Windwerk AG the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store and use the submitted coloring page for the purpose of conducting the contest, as well as to publish it on the Windwerk website and Windwerk’s social media channels in connection with this contest. The image will be published without mentioning the child’s name or that of the legal guardian. Names, signatures, and other identifying information on the image will be removed or obscured prior to publication. Windwerk may crop the image for these purposes and adjust its size and file format. Any use beyond this is not covered by this permission. There is no entitlement to publication. A request to terminate public use may be sent to marketing@windwerk.ch. Windwerk will then remove the image from its own controllable channels. Any prior redistribution by third parties may not be fully reversible.
7. Data Protection
Windwerk AG, Ohrbühlstrasse 21, 8409 Winterthur, is responsible for processing personal data. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@windwerk.ch. For the purpose of conducting the contest, the following data in particular will be processed: the first and last name as well as the email address of the parent or guardian, the first name of the participating child, the uploaded coloring page, and other information, to the extent necessary to verify eligibility or to award the prize. The data will be used to conduct the contest, verify eligibility, determine the winners, and contact the winners. The use of the coloring pages is also governed by Section 6. Technical service providers may process the data on behalf of Windwerk to the extent necessary for operating the form, storing data, or conducting the contest. Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or to fulfill legal obligations. Image files used for publication and proof of the granted permission to use them may be retained for the duration of such use. For more information on data processing, the service providers used, any transfers of data abroad, and your rights, please refer to the Windwerk AG Privacy Policy on the Windwerk website.
8. Marketing
Participation in the sweepstakes is not contingent on subscribing to a newsletter or receiving advertising. Signing up for marketing communications requires separate, voluntary consent. It does not affect your chances of winning.
9. Disqualification and Termination
Windwerk may disqualify participants from the sweepstakes in the event of attempts at manipulation, false information, multiple entries, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions. Windwerk may terminate or modify the sweepstakes prematurely for good cause, particularly if proper conduct of the sweepstakes can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Any claims that have already arisen remain unaffected, to the extent required by law.
10. Liability
Windwerk assumes no responsibility for technical malfunctions, interruptions in the Internet connection, or transmission errors to the extent that these are beyond the control of Windwerk AG. This does not affect statutory liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, nor does it preclude mandatory statutory liability provisions.
11. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction are reserved.
